"Noncitizen is a nomadic cultural project. The aim is to highlight the issues of oppression in our time, borders, the right to have rigths, and freedom of movement. We work with and for people with migration experience, organize film workshops, and create media together. Another important component is community archiving, and curated public programs and exhibitions on different aspects of migration".
